Audit –
A valuable resource tool for management and the general public. Audited
financial statements present the NPO’s financial picture as of its year-end. |
|
|
Federal &
State Funds –
Special rules apply to any NPO that expends over $500,000 in federal
awards or $100,000 in state financial assistance during their fiscal year. These rules include obtaining an
audit under OMB Circular A-133, sometimes referred to as a “Single Audit”. |

Tax
Services
– We can help your NPO avoid pitfalls such as unrelated business income tax,
private foundation status, political contribution excise taxes, and loss of
your tax exemption. We assist new organizations with applying for and
obtaining tax exemption. |

|
Benefit Plans - When required we can provide annual audits of 401K, 403B and 457 retirement plans, and provide guidance when filing Form 5500, which we can prepare for you. Management – We can provide other important management tasks such as advising you of changing accounting standards and their impact, evaluating development activities and planned giving programs, providing strategic and budget planning, cash flow projections, internal control and operational reviews and agreed upon procedures. |
