Bill joined the firm in 2008 after more than a decade as a sole practitioner in Fairfield. As a member of the firm’s tax department, with over thirty years of experience, Bill specializes in individuals, partnerships, IRS workouts, expatriate programs, oil & gas, bankruptcies and various international projects. In the past Bill has provided leadership and expertise as a CEO and an Executive Vice President to several companies.

Bill started his career at the international CPA firm of Arthur Young & Company, where he participated in a broad range of audit and tax assignments, for individual, partnerships and corporations.

Bill received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and French from Portland State University in 1978. He has studied extensively in Europe and is fluent in French. Bill is licensed in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Oregon and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
